Shipping Policies

S&H charges are calculated for the lower 48 states. If you live outside of the continental United States, please e-mail us at contact@billsvintagekartengines.com or call us at 606-653-7545 with your order, as your S&H charges will be different.

Orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days, unless items are out of stock and need to be backordered (see our Backorder Policy).

Item weights are based on the weight of the item with packaging. Shipping costs are calculated as closely as possible using USPS rates. We use USPS because of their lower rates. We will use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes when it will save you money. It is not our intent to profit from the S&H.

Faster shipping is available for your orders for an additional cost. Please call us at 606-653-7545 for this service.

S&H charges will not be refundable; however, if we ship an item that we incorrectly filled or an error is made on our part, we will ship the corrected item(s) at no charge to you once you returned the insured items to us. With your corrected order, we will include a check, made payable to you, to reimburse you for the cost of returning the incorrect item(s) to us. If this unfortunate incident occurs, please immediately mail the insured item(s) in the same packaging in which you received it to: Riggs Sales, 810 Raceland Avenue, Raceland, KY 41169-1212.

Damaged Goods Policy

All damages must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage occurring shipment. We suggest you purchase insurance at the time of purchase to insure your items against loss or damage while in the hands of the carrier. Contact the carrier for instructions on how to file a claim with them if you do not receive your item or if it is damaged. We will provide you, by e-mail, with a tracking # when your order is shipped.

Backorder Policy

Any ordered item which is currently not in stock will be placed on backorder and should arrive at our location within seven business days and shipped out the following day. Customers will be notified that an item is out of stock and be given the option of backorder or cancelling their order. We appreciate your patience and will fill your orders in a fast and timely manner.

Return Policy

Refunds are by exchange only; there will be no cash refunds. Any exchanged items will not be accepted if the product is abused or used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose. Any applicable warranty to new products does not cover normal wear and tear due to use, and is void if the product is abused or used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose.

Parts must be returned directly to Riggs Sales, LLC for inspection. New parts and engines must be returned new and unused to 810 Raceland Avenue, Raceland, KY, 41169-1212. Make sure to include your full name, address, phone number, and appropriate amount of money for return shipping and handling for the replacement item. Replacement, repair, or adjustment will be at our option. Please allow 1-2 weeks.

Notice

Used parts and engines do not carry a warranty due to the nature of their use.

Riggs Sales, LLC dba Bill's Vintage Kart Engines will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from the ownership or use of any parts or engines sold.

By Phone - Call (606) 653-7545 to place your order. Payment must be received before order will be shipped to you. Please have your credit card available or, if you prefer not to pay by credit card, you may mail a cashier's check or money order payable to Riggs Sales, LLC, 810 Raceland Avenue, Raceland, KY 41169-1212. Do not send cash or personal check.

We are getting out of the lawn care equipment business and have tons of merchandise listed on ebay at my cost with free shipping. They're are approx. 240 lots with hundreds of items there at bargain prices. There are kits and parts for Zama, Walbro, Tecumseh, Mikuni, Tillotson, Briggs and more.

This is all that's left of the vintage kart inventory. It will remain for a short time only! What you need, you should probably buy.
